OPEN LETTER TO TONY & GORDON

RE NUCLEAR DEFENCE and OTHER FORMS OF DEFENCE
For sometime we have adopted an all or nothing approach to ensuring no one attacks us. . Hardly surprisingly after the waves of fear induced by the 2nd, WWWar.
I am as I am sure you are keen to ensure that the third WWW, is only conducted on the internet. That is it's a healing
information flow, very different to the past two wars.
The first a bust up, in what is a rather now embarrassing history for our Royal family. Along with an 'age old' false belief
amongst powerful people, that you can make things happen.
The second. A fight to end all wars, to ensure our freedom, for all time. In many senses, that war continues as we adjust to a
distorted world & damaged psyche, amongst the worlds people.
Luckily it is a war we are winning, albeit slowly.
But only where we are learning to make friends, coach and lead as good managers. That is to invest, and give people tools &
learning to create healthy lives for themselves & others. To focus on removing peoples bottlenecks
Control free lives!! >>>>>>Real FREEDOM, with minimal regulation & a focus on responsibility and self awareneness, as an
alternative to our all too common blame culture.
Above introduces our history & outlines some of my philosophy.
Re nuclear weapons, to work we have to be prepared to use them
& effectively end life as we know it…..
Would you use them? Can you? If so when? Would you really make that decision?
If not, are they a defence system?
Alternatively, if we do use them, what happens?
Do you think our real enemies, believe we will use them?
If not. Can our nuclear defence umbrella work, or serve a useful purpose?
I put it to you.
That ultimately, it is a costly machine, that can't work. (£20 billion what?)
We can spend our £'s sterling, in the defense arena more effectively. The SAS, for eg are potentially along with our
peace keeping skills, better homes for our £'s.
Making friends via investment, and willingness to promote peace, are Britain's strongest ally..
The free education, by the BBC, commonwealth libraries for example are bringing us friendship. IS'nt THAT our
ULTIMATE DEFENSE?
Hence Can we make a very brave statement after 50, odd years of nuclear weapons?
ACTUALLY VERY PUBLICLY & SURPRISINGLY GIVE THEM UP. By winding down, rather than rebuilding our deterrent.
For clearly to those who can think it through, there is in fact nothing there at all.
We hopefully will then continue to lead, the world, our earth, towards freedom & safety.
